Saaremaa (Finnish: Saarenmaa; Danish: Øsel; German: Ösel; Swedish: Ösel) is the largest island in Estonia, measuring 2,673 km².[1] The main island of Saare County, it is located in the Baltic Sea, south of Hiiumaa island, and belongs to the West Estonian Archipelago. The capital of the island is Kuressaare, which has about 15,000 inhabitants; the whole island has over 39,000 inhabitants.

The Åland Islands (Swedish pronunciation: [ˈoːland]; Finnish: Ahvenanmaa) form an archipelago in the Baltic Sea. It is situated at the entrance to the Gulf of Bothnia and forms an autonomous, demilitarized, monolingually Swedish-speaking region and historical province of Finland. It is the smallest region of Finland, comprising 0.5% of Finland's population and 0.49% of land area.

About this sound Öland is the second largest Swedish island and the smallest of the traditional provinces of Sweden. Öland has an area of 1,342 km² and is located in the Baltic Sea just off the coast of Småland. There are 25,000 inhabitants on the island and it is connected to the mainland across the Kalmar Strait through the Öland bridge, which opened in 1972. But during midsummer over 500.000 people resides on the island.

Saare County (Estonian: Saare maakond), or Saaremaa, (Latin: Osilia or Oesel) is one of 15 counties of Estonia. It consists of Saaremaa (Ösel), the largest island of Estonia, and several smaller islands near it. The county borders Lääne County to the east and Hiiu County to the north. 34,723 people live in Saare County – constituting 2.6% of the total population in Estonia (as of January 2009).[1]Aegna is an Estonian island in the Baltic Sea. It is also a subdistrict of the district of Kesklinn (Town Center) in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Every summer a small ferry line operates to and from the island. There are currently 10[1] people living on the island (2008).

Ahelaid is a small uninhabited islet in Estonia. It lies in the Baltic Sea, south-east of Hiiumaa island. It has a surface area of 25 hectares . It is part of the Hiiumaa Islets Landscape Reserve[1].Aksi (also known as Väike-Prangli (Little Prangli) or Äksi) (Swedish: Lilla Wrangelsö) is an Estonian island in the Gulf of Finland with an area of 59 hectars. Coordinates are 59°35′59″N 25°05′23″E / 59.59972°N 25.08972°E / 59.59972; 25.08972 It forms an archipelago with nearby islands of Prangli and Keri. Aksi belongs to the Viimsi Parish of Harju County.Allirahu is a large rock in Estonia, Baltic Sea. Its coordinates are 58°17′57.87″N 22°58′11.01″E / 58.2994083°N 22.969725°E / 58.2994083; 22.969725.
