Cacheu is a town in north western Guinea-Bissau, lying on the Cacheu River. Population 9,849 (2008 est). [1]

Accra (English pronunciation: /ʌkˈra/) is the capital and most populous city of Ghana, a nation on the coast of the western region of Africa. Arguin (Portuguese: Arguim) is an island off the western coast of Mauritania in the Bay of Arguin, at 20° 36' N., 16° 27' W. It is six km long by two broad. Its ramparts and gateworks remain fully intact. Its history dates back to 1500 B.C., when the Phoenicians used it as a base for trade.
